A) Change size - color - design or replacement
If you wish to make the change of the product you bought, the following conditions must be met:
The product must remain in its original quality condition without the tabs being removed from it.
It has not come in contact with anything that can leave a mark on the smell, for example perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc.
Their packaging must be in excellent condition and accompanied by all legal documents (eg Retail Receipt or Invoice)

The cost of return for orders within Greece
The first change costs only € 3.50 regardless of the purchase amount
The second change the charge is € 7.00 and in both cases the corresponding amount is collected by the courier upon delivery of the parcel
For orders outside Greece, the customer returns with a charge and is charged for the replacement shipment with the normal shipping costs (by arrangement).
Returns without prior notification of the store, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Product changes are made only with the company SPEEDEX.
Otherwise the customer undertakes the replacement process at his own expense.

B) Credit amount
If you do not find a product to make the change within 7 days, the amount is credited for your future purchase within 30 days.

NOTE :
The amount of € 3.50 will not be paid directly to the courier, but will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Shipping and bank charges are non-refundable to the customer.
C) Wrong shipments
In case the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must register a Return Request within 10 days of receipt and send the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.
In this case there is no customer charge for the replacement.
D) Cancellation of Order by Customer.
If the online order has been completed and the product has not been shipped, you can contact us at 2721021120 and we will take care of its cancellation.
If the product has been shipped and a receipt has been issued, cancellation cannot be made after 3 days of receipt
Shipping and bank charges are not refunded to the customer in case of cancellation of the order
In contrary cases we reserve the right not to accept the return.
